For consideration of a volunteer position with Portugalo Fest 2024, by submitting this information, I hereby release and forever absolve the organizers of this event, the Portugalo - Portuguese Heritage Inc., its members and Board of Directors, the City of Mississauga and Mississauga Celebration Square from any claim arising from loss, damage or injury, howsoever incurred, in result from any participation in or about the event. I agree and acknowledge that I may be photographed, videotaped or featured in print, digital, social media and any other format. All images are the property of Portugalo – Portuguese Heritage Inc. I waive any copywrite or any other rights I may have in my images in perpetuity. I agree that all the information stated above is true to the best of my knowledge and I release to Portugalo – Portuguese Heritage Inc. any required information in respect to this application and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

All volunteers must attend one Orientation Session which will take place at the Mississauga Celebration Square (date to be determined).
